  @Iker Gomez they should be aware that I have G13. And I don't think we have the same issue?   @Support Dasaita Please continue help me navigate this problem. Thank you

  Thank you for the update.  but I still have no sounds during calls. I cannot hear them, they can't hear me. I mostly use carplay. I tried unpairing and resetting both phones and the unit stil...
