Hey all
Recently bought the FJ Cruiser large screen which replaces the OEM hazard switches with new ribbons and switches. The hazards won't go off as if the switch is not working. If I replace the Dasaita switches with the OEM ones I can turn them on and off.
Also the immobilizer light does not flash as it did before and the heated rear screen doesn't seem to work.
I've reseated the ribbons several times now, and like I say, the old ones work. These switches to connect to the stereo so not sure if it's just the switch controlling it.

Hello.
If possible, could you please try to check if the ribbon and the board for the hazard are connected properly.

For further confirmation, please tell us whether the Seat Belt button can light or work.

In order to help you better, please provide the following information:
Order Number & Purchase Date.
Ribbons seem seated correctly. I have also tried them both ways around.
If I remove the ribbon from your switch and replace the switch with the OEM switch, it works perfectly.
As soon as I install the Dasaita switch again, it doesn't work. This is the same with the seatbelt button.
Order number is: SP-DA8509 which I assume should also give you purchase date?
This is for a customer and I've been going back and forth with Dasaita over Email now for days with sparradic replies. I fit these types of aftermarket units quite often so I am not an amateur. In my opinion the Dasaita switches are faulty.
I would really like to get this sorted out as soon as possible.
Please see my circuit board. It's different to some of the photographs you seem to post.

@Support Dasaita Ive now tried flipping the ribbons on the Dasaita (switch side) of the ribbons and this now lights all the lights up. The rear demister is working, the hazard light lights up, but when I press it nothing happens
