  As Far as I know, Dasaita is preparing a guide to upgrade to Android 10 (and a future Android 11).

  Propbaly you would need a USB-A to USB-A cable to achieve the upgrade....

  Currently there are methods (not approved by Dasaita) for doing this...

  a) SD Bootable Card

  b) Make your Own OTG JTAG Cable 

  c) USB-A to USB-A (not working on all units)

  There is no official update from A9 to A10 por A11. There you can find the flash files to update by yourself.

  But be aware about the hardware you have currenty on your unit (WIFI BT Chipset), as it could not be supported on A10 / A11.

  Which one is currently installed on your unit? )On factory settings you can check this)
