  This issue is present on every Vivid/Scout version since the last year (even on Qualcomm units). I think the system must filter notifications vs media in order to redirect it to the bluetooth music...

  The control Settings App is related with the Canbus selected Do you have the CanBus correctly configured? On the Factory Settings (password=126) you can check which CanBus is configured.
