  I got the external mic to work a lot better by turning up the Mic volume to +12.

• How to enable external mic on Vivid 13

  How do I enable the external mic on Vivid 13?   I changed the canbus factory setting to external, but nothing can be heard through the external microphone.   order number is SP-DA7756
