1. Ship from China
Applicable Fees:
Orders shipped directly from China may include a pre-paid customs duty and handling fee of approximately $60–90 USD, depending on the product category and order value.
Customs & Duties Notice:
Payment of the applicable fee does not guarantee that no additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees will be charged by your local customs authority. Customs policies vary by country and are subject to local regulations.
If you receive a customs clearance notice from your local customs office or courier, please complete the clearance process promptly to avoid delivery delays.
For customers in Canada, customs clearance and import tax payments must be handled directly by the buyer. The seller is unable to process customs clearance or pay import duties on the customer’s behalf.

Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Ship from US Warehouse
Applicable Fees:
No additional import duties or customs fees are required for orders shipped from our US warehouse.
Delivery Timeline:
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping & Customs Policy for EU Customers
To improve the shopping experience for our EU customers, we offer the following shipping methods:
Option 1 — Duty-Free Shipping Channel
- Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days
- Taxes and duties are generally included
Please Note:
Tracking updates may remain inactive until the parcel arrives in your destination country. This is normal during international transit.
Option 2 — Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
- Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
- Import taxes and customs duties are not included
Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable import taxes or duties charged by local customs authorities.

Remote Area Surcharge
Certain remote or extended delivery areas may require additional shipping fees. Surcharges are determined by the courier based on the destination address and cannot be confirmed until the logistics provider reviews the shipment.
If your address is identified as a remote area after the order is placed, we will contact you before shipment regarding any additional charges.
