I purchased the Dasaita Vivid13 and a front view camera for my 2018 Toyota Tundra SR5 quad cab. It replaced the factory head unit. I already had a back up camera. And, I didn’t replace the non-JBL factory speakers. WOW! What an incredible upgrade to the experience of driving the truck. I didn’t anticipate the advancement in the driving experience all because of the Dasaita Vivid13.
Compatibility was excellent. Every function on the car worked just as well with Vivid13 as it did with the stock head unit.
Appearance is very modern, slick and truly looks OEM. The fit was perfect. Wireless CarPlay was seamless. Allowing me to use my cell phone for connectivity. I still have the option of adding a SIM card to the system with all of the cables needed to support its functionality.
Installation was a breeze. The instructions are so easy to understand. Videos are available on their website and YouTube. I did have some help with installation of the front camera from my service provider for the truck. They were blown away at how easy it was despite that they don’t install head units regularly.
The touch screen is crystal clear, vibrant, quick response and easy to navigate. CarPlay work’s exactly as you would expect. The front camera picture quality is very sharp! Now I am thinking about replacing the stock back up camera.
I chose to not replace any of my speakers and kept the stock front and rear speakers and also didn’t add a sub or amp. Man, the sound quality is much better and easy to adjust with the built in equalizer.
Support is available in multiple ways. First, they post a number on their website and when I called a real person answered, was competent to answer questions, provided guidance, and support realtime. Thank you Nick! They also have a forum for users to share experiences and subtle nuances around configuration. I also receive timely email responses as well.
Bottom line is that this unit is very sophisticated but super easy to install, has great sound quality, superior support and more affordable than any other head units I considered before I purchased the Dasaita Vivd13 and the Camera.

I was looking for a head unit that was as close to factory as possible for my 2018 Tundra when i came across the Dasaita web site. Did my typical research and decided on the vivid 13. Shipping was very fast. Took maybe 5 business days. I was excited to get it installed so i got right on it. Took maybe an hour. Look and function was exceptional. Unfortunately out of the box it wouldn’t power my door speakers. I contacted customer support and there was 4 days of back and forth as i was dealing with China. They ended up sending me a firmware update and to my surprise it fixed the issue. Extremely pleased with my nee dasaita head unit and the support the comes with it.
Dasaita review in Toyota tundra, still getting use to it and exploring it. So far it’s nice love the screen size and features.
Easy install and looks like a factory installed stereo. 2 minutes to get CarPlay working and sounds great with a ton of additional functionality. Very happy with the purchase.
Head unit fits perfectly into a 2014 Toyota Tundra. You receive everything you need for installation. I have no complaints. Great bang for your buck. I would highly recommend.
