The latest firmware 20240513 resolves this issue. Thanks @Support Dasaita! My home screen widgets disappeared when upgrading, but I didn't really use those anyway. The sound issue is fixed.

@Mike Van Eeckhoutte If you don't mind me asking what adjustments did you make to the voice setting in Factory Settings or else where to get your radio volume to match the other volumes?
