Wifi initalization fails when cold

  Hello. I have a PX6 MAX10 Android 10 unit, where the wifi and wifi hotspot do not work when cold (<15C usually). Bluetooth works 99% of the time. It has the RTL8822CS sub-board. Running HA3_rk3399_10.0_ota(20230803)
