I have PX6 unit with android 10 and its not wanting to connect to my iphone device at all.
I have reset the unit back to factory settings and im still not able to connect. I have also tried to clear the zlink cache and still same issue. I prefer to plug in rather than use bluetooth.
I purchased this not on your site and need help with fixing the issue. IMG of unit info attached.

I Tried to update using your link and I keep getting an Error:21 when trying to install. So I went to your firmware page and pulled the latest one from that page for the PX6 Max10 Android 10. I'll Report if it works or still giving problems.

It did not work.
I also tried this firmware update and still didn't work but now im running Vivid 10 launcher.

What happens is that Carplay starts to load then it goes blank and back to the zlink home page like if nothing is connected within a matter of less than 2 seconds.
I tried different iOS cables and still not working. I am at a loss at this point.
