Why couldn't connect the Bluetooth of car radio?


  • How Connect the bluetooth on your phone?

    1:Open phone settings and enable Bluetooth in the settings.

    2:Search for Bluetooth devices and find the stereo's Bluetooth for pairing.

    3:Enter 0000 as the pairing code (default for Android OS).Otherwise, try 2254/1234 as the pairing code (default for Linux OS).

    How to Connect the bluetooth on the stereo:

    1:Go to Settings > Connected device > Refresh to search for your phone's Bluetooth.

    2:Click on the name of your Bluetooth device.

    3:Enter 0000 as the pairing code (default for Android OS). If not, try 2254/1234 as the pairing code (default for Linux OS).

    If still no luck.

    1:Try using another mobile phone to test this function and exclude the malfunction of your phone.

    1.1: Go to Settings > Car > Factory settings > enter "126" > App > confirm if BT select "FSC-BT1031P" if the touch button is the same as below.

    2:Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Bluetooth > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.

    3:Furthermore, factory reset the system.

    4:If all methods have been tried and Bluetooth still cannot be used, unplug the plug on the back of the player and wait for 3 minutes before plugging it back in.

    For your information, it doesn't support to use Bluetooth/network(WiFi/Hotspot/Bluetooth tethering) when you’re using wireless Zlink(CarPlay/Android Auto),
    cuz the Bluetooth/network access has been occupied by Zlink.
    If you want to use Bluetooth, please make sure that you have disconnected CarPlay.
