Recently installed the Android 12 Dasaita (Amazon.com: Dasaita Android 12 Car Radio for Toyota 4Runner 2010-2019, 2K 10.25" Touchscreen, 6GB+64GB, Qualcomm 8 Core, Built-in 4G Cellular : Electronics), and have noticed an issue with the audio output.
It is never solid on all speakers, but moves between each speaker. Example, listening and all speakers sound fine, then only driver side speaker is audible - all others go quiet.
Have not made any changes in the audio setup (equalizer/spacial/etc.). It is difficult to video as it is not consistent.
