Feedback, don't say 24/7 support if you don't offer 24/7 support. Posted 16 hours ago and no response. If you guys actually delivered, you wouldn't have such a messy forum board with people posting issues everywhere. Since people will poke holes everywhere till the bear pops out when they feel ripped off.
