How to disable Bluetooth Selection Page on start up


  • I just installed my G13 on Toyota RAV4 2021. It is functioning well but everytime I start the car the G13 always opens the bluetooth connection page. Is there a way to disable this and just be at the homescreen? TIA!

    Hello.
    Thanks for your message.

    Please firstly confirm CanBus option is NO.8:
    Settings > Car > Factory settings(password :126) > CanBus > Canbus > 8 > Apply > Exit > Reboot.

    In order to help you better, please provide the following information:
    1.
    Order Number & Purchase Date.
    2.
    The front&back side clear photo of factory radio.
    3.
    Picture: Settings > About Machine > Build Number; MCU version.

    For further confirmation, please tell us if the factory functions(Steering Wheel Control/Camera/Amplifier) can work normally.

    And please check if you cannot modify All or Partial settings in "Control Settings" App.

    Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can check if there are any damaged/bent pins, especially "CAN-RX" and "CAN-TX"(see pic), please make sure it has been connected properly.

    Besides, could you please assist to print the log data?
    So that our technician can judge the problem better.

    Please kindly try to follow the instruction below:
    Step1.
    Record a video of the whole procedure.
    Step2. 
    Go Settings > Factory settings(password: logcan).
    Step3. 
    Replicate the situation that you mentioned:
    Go "Control Settings" App, tap the all settings which are not responding(except "Small screen unit").
    After replicating, tap "Save" and "Exit".
    Step4. 
    Go App"FileBrowser" to copy the ".log" file to the USB driver,
    and then send the file with Step1 video to us.
