Hi, I have question about displaying information from the air conditioning system.
I bought a SP-DA7506 model and I am very happy with it. I have only one question. When I turn on the air conditioning, information about it appears on the screen, but among several pieces of information, only the temperature and information about the air conditioning system being turned on are current. The rest of the information, e.g. the Dual option, is not refreshed. I am sending a picture of the screen. Is there any way to fix this so that all the information from the air conditioning system is updated? Thank you for your help

Unfortunately, the multimedia display only shows the driver's side temperature. The display only responds to changes in the driver's (left) side temperature and to turning the air conditioning on or off (the display shows "A/C"). Furthermore, the display does not respond to any buttons or the right (passenger's) temperature knob on the air conditioning system.

Our technical support advise to logcan the data so they can better check .
Here is the steps of how to logcan the data of A/C on Dasaita unit:
*Please record a clear video of the whole logcan operation
1.Please go Settings>Car>Factory Settings> Password is Logcan .
2.Please turn on the A/C in your vehicle,operate to reproduce the air conditioner problem. If possible, please turn on A/C several times to obtain more data.
3.Then click "Save "and then "Exit" .Go to the filebrower to find the CANBUS files ，copy it to the USB driver and send it to us.
