Hello,
I have installed a G13 in my Tundra. It works good except the radio reception is only 2 close stations. I checked the antenna and get good reception when temp hook up the factory radio, so seems to be a problem with the new radio. Would a firmware update help?

@Phil H Please kindly let us know your order number, car year and trim level, and send us the front and back of the OEM radio.
Meanwhile, you could check the following settings and inspect the issue.
1.)Go to Settings > Car > Factory Settings (126) > Radio > Make sure the correct radio region has been selected.
2.)Go to Settings > Car > Factory Settings (126) > Other > close the RDS settings.

Yes, it is connected securely. I pulled it to confirm.
