I purchased a G13 for my 2018 Tundra and continue to have issues with the microphone during calls. Seems to work fine when the vehicle is not moving but at speed I sound distant to anyone on the other line. The forums all indicate I should update firmware to address the issue.
I have downloaded the firmware and loaded it on a thumdrive like normal. I checked and according to everything I need V1. The drive is formatted correctly and the device reads the update file and asks me to update. I follow the instructions exactly.
Unfortunately it fails everytime with the following error:
Error Opening trace file: No such file or directory. See the images below.
Please advise how to get past this error. This unit was ordered through the Dasaita store on Amazon (Order # 114-4505506-578544
