    Yes, recently got the G 13 everything works besides the car that's the reason I factory reset it reset my network settings updated my iPhone any tips the problem I'm having is when connecting to Bluetooth. It shows connected on my phone on the CarPlay screen. It shows connecting, but never connects

    Thanks for your contact.

    May we know the current IOS version on your phone and a picture of  Settings > About machine and about the current Build Number and MCU version on the head unit ?

    Please connect the WiFi antenna properly.

    Here are the trouble shootings for wireless carplay:

    1.Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: Both must be enabled. Even if wireless, CarPlay often uses Bluetooth for initial pairing and Wi-Fi for data transmission.

    2.Siri: Must be turned on (Settings > Siri & Search) for CarPlay to function.

    3.Content & Privacy Restrictions: Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and ensure CarPlay is not turned off.

    4.Airplane Mode: Must be turned off.

    5.Personal Hotspot: Turn off your phone’s hotspot, as it can conflict with the car's network.

    6.Forget Device: Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, select your car, and choose "Forget This Car," then re-pair.
