Can't connect to cell phone via USB

  I want to use my Cell Phone data so I can use apps that need internet. I know how to connect using a hot spot but I would rather connect with a USB cable. I am able to run Android Auto through the USB connection, but I can't get data when I use Google Play, Spotify, Chrome, etc. I don't want to run Android Auto as it is too limited. Is there a way to connect my cell data with a USB cable?

  My unit is a Dasaita PX6 (1280x480) running Andoid 10. Serial no. 774B277190D56C70, rk3399, MCU MTCE_HA_V8.78_4 May 31 2021

  It often happens, because USB connection usually can't share full internet access on Android phones. Most likely, Bluetooth is more reliable for apps like chrome and spotify.
