G13 unit no longer connecting to 4G/LTE after swapping SIM from a voice line to a data-only line


  • I have a Dasaita G13 installed in my 2021 Tacoma. Previously, I had a T-Mobile voice line SIM installed and it worked flawlessly. That line had to be cancelled, so I decided to try using a SIM from an Inseego hotspot, and it worked for only one day, then stopped working. I deactivated the hotspot line and installed a new SIM for a voice line, but 4G/LTE is still not working. The unit is reporting that the service is "unavailable". It recognizes the SIM, gives me the SIM number, sees the phone number associated with the SIM, and it even allows me to place/accept calls, but only while on WiFi. What exactly could be happening here?
