I bought the head unit on December 2025, and it was working fine but as of Friday last week the screen randomly just stopped working and I watched some videos on the troubleshooting procedures and used the reset button and it turned on, the following weekday it it happened again and I tried everything I could but it didn't turn on, I checked the fuses, bought a new battery check the wiring on the head unit, unplugged and replugged the wires, held the reset for 30 secs or so and a some more, but the screen still didn't turn on, however the button icon on the sides still show but the still is just black and I can't connect to Bluetooth or whatsoever. I require further assistance please.
