From couple of weeks I have problems with my device.
No matter if hot or cold outside this happens.
Sometimes it need 5 minutes to load sometimes 10 or even more.
Once is green 10 Navigation logo or Mazda logo or even switched off for long time.
Now in winter time its very random when it starts but no less than 10 - 15 minutes.
After this time it its working fine but comon I am traveling 15 minutes to my work so I can't even switch radio on :D
Sometimes is green logo for 10 minutes? but reverse camera is working?

I have tried to hard reset, unplug and plug everything. Nothing helped.
Looking forward for your answer. It is January 2021 delivery so I assume it is still under warranty?
I have promoted your device many times on Mazda forum and couple of colleagues bought it so I am really looking for good support...
