No BT phone connection or android car in Mazda max 11

  My maz 11 in a mazda cx 5 will not connect to BT or Android auto. I haver never been able to connect Android auto but have connected to BT before but not the last week.

  Which software version do you have?

  Did you try to upgrade with the latest versions available?
