@Robert Fleury download the google contacts app and then download mtc dialer. With both applications together, the contacts are downloaded on an android mobile and an iphone. I have tried it on both.

@Robert Fleury With these two applications and giving the permissions on the phone, the contacts appear on the Dasaita device.
You have to open MTC Dialer and then you give it to update contacts in the call application and the option will appear on the mobile to allow access to contacts.
