steering wheel buttons not working. verified canbus 8, and but not recognized when trying to program. 
Got it working, but support is non existant (see Mr Pink's post for a sample of the pain). It is unbelievable that the product is so good, but the customer self support is non existant. I was about to return the unit to amazon, but got it working it figured out.
It turns out the 2012 4Runner w/o JBL does not need the Canbus. changed the factory >> other >> steering wheel keys from CanBus to SWC. applied rebooted then steering wheel keys were recognized.
Product is nice, but the documnetation and support is not existant. If you are not a self supporter this is not the head unit for you. Wireless AA surprisingly works. bluetooth needs to be o with zlink to make a connection.
