Vivid unit installed in 4Runner. Awesome for about 9 months. Now screen is black. Touch screen controls and Bluetooth still work, but the screen stays off.
I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled, checked all connections.

I followed the video on this thread to try and identify the issue - obviously loose wiring.
