Only a couple of small issues, Carplay does connect but it can be quite slow to do so sometimes with an older iPhone XS. If you want to use the factory GPS antenna also you need an adaptor.
On the plus side the screen is bright and a very nice upgrade from the factory Entune 2.0.

Huge upgrade over stock unit as amp/DSP offer a massive improvement in sound in even the shoddy stock speakers on the 4Runner. Add aftermarket speakers and you’ll get a match made in heaven as we did! Install is quite easy and took all of 90 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend this head unit.
