I had the following problem, as you can see from the picture, the multimedia constantly kicked me out of the applications: Google play store, Youtube and Waze - with the following message from the picture. I restored the factory settings but the problem was solved in a day at most. Until I contacted the support of "Dasaita" - extremely correct, fast and responsive - they solved my problem! I can say that the multimedia is at a high level, as well as the service from the support !! Do not hesitate, the multimedia is SUPER !!!

Great upgrade in sound quality, as well as aesthetics. Bringing the 4runner into the 2025 era. Only down fall is there is no button to turn the screen off for night time driving. Just dimming options.
The head unit is awesome, fits perfectly, installation is pretty easy if you follow the manual. It comes with enough accessories, especially for my JBL radio. The US customer rep is very nice, help with all the question i had.
I never thought that I would replace the factory radio on my 2012 Toyota Camry. The system was very dated with its seven inch screen and cd/dvd player. The Dasaita 10.2 inch screen made my 13 year old car feel like a modern day car. Absolutely love this beautiful stereo with wireless CarPlay. Well worth the cost and not too difficult to install.

I bought a car with a Dasaita head unit but the previous owner never installed the backup camera. The cables for the camera did not come with the car. The Dasaita website said the cable was out of stock. I messaged customer service. They were quick to respond and updated the website to show the cable in stock.
Excellent face lift to my 2007 FJ Cruiser. Dasaita sends you every possible option for your vehicles model and it became overwhelming. I watched several Youtube videos on the installation and then decided to call the support number on the box and a guy by the name of Nick answered. The guy was patient, honest, and very informative on my install issues. I asked if he had an extension number so that I could call him back if I had other questions. He laughed and said this was his direct line and would be here when I needed further help. Sure enough, I called him three additional times and he picked up immediately. The last issue I had dealt with programming my aftermarket steering wheel controls. He had his support team videotape a step by step programming video for my FJ. Exceptional !!! support from Nick and his team.

You can finally watch streaming Platforms! The installation is easy, it’s plug-in play. Also, there is multiple YouTube videos on how to install. The customer service is amazing. Whenever I had questions or concerns. They were able to help me and answered all my questions. I recommend this head unit 100%.

I was looking for a head unit that was as close to factory as possible for my 2018 Tundra when i came across the Dasaita web site. Did my typical research and decided on the vivid 13. Shipping was very fast. Took maybe 5 business days. I was excited to get it installed so i got right on it. Took maybe an hour. Look and function was exceptional. Unfortunately out of the box it wouldn’t power my door speakers. I contacted customer support and there was 4 days of back and forth as i was dealing with China. They ended up sending me a firmware update and to my surprise it fixed the issue. Extremely pleased with my nee dasaita head unit and the support the comes with it.
I installed one of these in my daughters car 6 months ago and was really happy with it so bought another unit for my truck, installation was easy and I'm happy with it so far
Put this in my 2009 Tacoma ro replace factory stereo. This thing is awesome! The plug n play install was pretty easy. Once i got the side brackets lined up correctly fit perfect. Had some trouble getting the four main screw lined up, got two of the four and it held perfect. Electrical was super easy. Looks amazing and easy to figure out all the options. Highly recommend.
