I dont see how anyone gave this less than 5 stars. The install was easy and fit is perfect. This elevated my lame 2018 system to well beyond 2025.
I ordered my unit and I was surprised it was delivered by DHL in a less than a week. Easy install... and worked for several months. One day my screen went blank but a quick email and 24 hours later I had the latest software flash to load into my unit. Super simple to do as I watched the "How to" video. Completed in less than 10 minutes. It's working great again. I would recommend leaving the phone USB easily accessible if you need to do an update flash. Mine was easily accessible (hidden right behind temperature control unit) and didn't need to remove unit to find and then perform the unit flash. Appreciate the quick customer service and help resolving the problem.
The head unit is really nice. I have installed some bigger name brands like Sony and Alpine in the past and the screen on this unit is superior. I love the perfect OEM look and the volume and tuner knob. Installation was very easy, just take your time and read the manual. To top it off, customer service has been absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive and helpful.
I like the replacement unit a lot, wasn't too hard to install and the customer support is very good if you need anything, They worked with me for weeks to install an update I was having trouble with!
Box was in perfect condition when delivered. The radio went in easily and straightforward. It looks great and I smile every time I get in my truck. The radio fits seamlessly into the dash area. It literally looks stock. The touchscreen works perfectly, and there is no lag.
Love it easy install works and sounds great.
The Radio is nice and I got now all functions working.
Also the Support is really great.
I’ve had this unit since 2023 and I have been very very happy. I ran into a little bit of trouble recently and I contacted customer service. They worked with me to get my issue resolved, even though I had this unit for so long. I’m very happy with the unit and I’m very happy with the support that I was provided. I highly recommend this unit.
A few snags during installation mainly due to my fault everything went fairly simple. Must state i've had the previous P5 before installing this one.
One little point on the instructions, the pictures might be a bit bigger to see more of where the screws are.
Hope this one gives me the same pleasure as the previous one. First signs are a good, it's fast and the launcher is a big upgrade.
I installed it myself, and if I had known it was so easy and worked so well, I would have bought it much sooner.
Installed in a 2019 RAV4. It integrates seamlessly with all the car's components (air conditioning, rearview camera, parking sensors, door locks, etc.).
I could have ordered the 12" model (the price difference was minimal), but this 9" model is super discreet and doesn't attract thieves' attention from outside the car. It seems to come integrated with it.
You can use it directly (navigation, music, Netflix, Spotify, etc.) as if it were a tablet, in my case even with data integrated into its own SIM card or through Android Auto, which also works perfectly. The audio part sounds much better than the stock system. The only connector that can't be plugged in is the Toyota GPS antenna (it's a pity they don't include the adapter, which can be found online but is expensive), but you just plug in the included antenna, which works great, and that's it.
The support team answers questions very quickly.
Totally recommended.
After updating my iPhone to ISO 18.4, I had problems with my 13” HU.

Looks great! They send harnesses and you figure out what goes where. The instructions are actually not that bad if you read them first and look at the pics.
Had an issue with the side camera not showing up properly with the button and customer service gave me a solution that works (update firmware).
The screen is too big to screw the unit into the dash. But I don’t really care since the air vent cover and gravity keep it in.
Currently trying to figure out how to get the stock USB ports to work with this instead of wiring out.
I bought this for my 2018 Nissan Altima 2.5L. Everything was plug and play. Steering wheel controls, backup camera, and Factory Navigation worked straight out the box. Love the new radio, beautiful display. Just got me a sim card to truly make it one unit. When installing, there is only one subwoofer output, so you will need a Y-Cable RCA. Since my factory unit already had navigation I purchased the
Bingfu Fakra Z Female to Male. to hook up to the factory Navigation antenna.
