Sound worked for a few days and then went off again.  Not sure what to do now.  SHould I try a factory reset?  Or firmware upgrade?

Bonjour, Quand je lance le carplay, l'interface du carplay arrive et apres il ne se passe plus rien! When i go to carplay, no spinning green point, nothing happens!

I updated my heaset. The microphone voice seems clearer so far. I got the stereo to connect to the hotspot on the iPhone. I am still having issues with CarPlay - notification are muted.
