@Iain Sherrit Have you refreshed the device in the bluetooth connection page? You could reboot the head unit and then try to connect again, we have tested in a few car and there is no problem.

@Vincenzo Bandiera go inside settings, auto, extension information, reverse sound. There you can set full volume, no sound or different levels of reduction.
