It looks like it doesnt like your alternative launcher - make a factory reset and try it with the stock Max10 launcher.

@Ara Gureghian mine did it was blue and labeled amp and had a rbber piece slipped over the end of the wire

Ciao, only app Dab-z show the logo, but work only with Dab-usb.
