@Support Dasaita I did, and not the phones. They are saying wireless AA available. The headunits hotspot/wifi connection has not worked with zlink for AA in 2 years. The WiFi works for connecting to the home internet to get updates, but the zlink platform refuses to connect wirelessly anymore. I bought my girl a different brand headunit for her car and as soon as I turned it on , it connected to my phone wirelessly and was set up ready for use within a minute. Of course, her headunit uses a different software to connect. So definitely not my phone causing it. Can I use any other program than Zlink? It has been an issue since I bought this. And apparently I am not alone. Looking at the forums, many people are having issues with zlink. And there is no way to update it, remove and restore it or fix it. I think the heart of this issue is the zlink software.
