Hello, I recently bought the Vivid 11 model and the software comes with Scout that cannot modify the widgets, the map for Europe does not appear on the left side. With vivid launcher the map appears correctly. How can I change the firmware to Vivid launcher? I have tried the Vivid 11 version firmware but it has the Scout launcher, I have also tried the latest Max 11 version and then installed vivid launcher but "version unmatch -04" appears and it beeps every few seconds. I await your response, thank you

@Sorin T. Please let us know which UI do you want to upgrade.
1. Vivid&scout UI, it currently come with scout map on the left widget, you could unistall the map if there is no need but it will turn back to the speedometer and could not be customized to other kind of map. If you need the igo map of EU. Please download the map below and install it.

2. Max UI: it's original UI of our company, you could update the firmware via the link. There will be no "version unmatch -04" appear.
