Hello, I am having problems with crashing applications and car camera view freezing, I am on px5(1024x600) Android 8, MCU version MTCE_HA_V3.56_1. Do you believe that I should upgrade to Android 9 or 10 to solve the problems? what is the correct upgrade for Android for my system? can you please send me instructions?

@Thomas Bersimis Have you already tried factory reset the head unit? Sorry that you couldn't update the version to Android 9 or 10 as it may defect the system.

@Thomas Bersimis Yes, you could also refresh the same version or factory reset the system. If still no luck and the system is crashing, we may suggest you to purchase a new unit.
