I newly installed G12 on my Tacoma. To go next onn a song I have to press down on steering wheel button and to go back on song have to press up on steering wheel button.
@Moises Monge Do you mean the the steering buttons that retain is not the same as the OEM head unit?
@Support Dasaita when you press the down arrow on steering wheel it skips to next song. When you press the up button on steering wheel it plays previous song. same with radio. press up it goes down radio channels. Press down, goes up radio channels

Found a way to reverse the buttons in settings. Thanks anyways.
