G12 doesn't be allowed to the G13. G12 is DSP system, G13 is DTS.
Please find the SIM Card Slot in the parcel to insert a SIM Card. The AT&T ,Verzion and T-mobile can work on G12 unit

Hi, Do I need to update my HM5599-C-PLAY-HD? I have no sound with CarPlay audio phone calls. It won't let me turn on the audio in Bluetooth. Here is a pic of the firmware and message in blue tooth. What is the issue?
