We'd like to clarify that the Bluetooth (BT) volume is controlled not only by the factory BT volume settings but also by your phone. If you want to adjust the volume of the radio while connected to BT, there are three ways to do it
1. Adjust the volume on the head unit.
2. Go to Factory Settings to adjust the BT volume.
3.Change the setting on your Iphone: Go to General > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety > Reduce Loud Audio.
