  Thanks for your message.

  We have attached the new firmware&MCU, please check the update tutorial below then give it a shot.

  Tips:
  1.
  Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
  2.
  Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.  
  3.
  Copy the file “update.zip”&“hmcu.img” to the root directory of USB drive.    
  4.
  Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
  then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
  Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates/MCU updates" to start the update.  
  ***NOTE:
  Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".

  
  ------------------------------------

  After the update, please go "Amplifier App > Delay > Auto > All" to move the crosshair to the center,
  then see if all speakers have sound normally.

  Same issue of no sound from rear speakers. 2011 4runner w/JBL.

  Thank you for your contact.

  For the JBL system, please try to conntect the trigger wire .

  

  Please update the Firmware & MCU to the latest version via the link below,here are some tips to help you get it done:

  ①G13 Version：Make Sure your unit is QCM6125 Andorid 13

  G13(20250903):

  ②4.16g：

  1.Download the documents ①&② through the link on your computer/laptop.

  (Do not rename and Unzip the file)

  2.Format the USB drive(FAT32 Format)before copying the Update.zip & hmcu.img file to it, then insert it to the USB cable,and it will pop out the firmware updating tips on the screen.

  (Tick the option"Wipe data and format flash")

  3.MCU updated GO：Settings>System>MCU updates.

  @Support Dasaita "For the JBL system, please try to conntect the trigger wire ."  --> The photo is too small, can you please show more detail about this trigger wire?

  @Support Dasaita  Yes- I checked it, there is a pending post I made with a picture of my harness. CB005-1X, and a question about why yours is labled CB005-2X, is there an update?

  We've updated the CB005-1 to the CB005-2 cable. It is different for the special car.

  I have the same issue going on with my 2013 FJ Cruiser JBL. The sound isn't coming out of the  rear speakers and the sub is very quiet. Tripple checked the CB005-1X harness and didn't see an option for the canbus. I have a qualcomm665 wtih amp TDA7808 8g+256g.
