Good morning! I ordered one of your products last summer and have been enjoying it fiercly for a year now. The other day the music would not play on it and android auto play would let me play muic for one second then pause over and over. I could press play rapidly 7 times to fix it but this happened every drive. so I hit reset factory default
Now im stuck on the dasaita logo on my Android 11 (Vivid 11) for my 2013 Honda Accord LX and the reset button only works if i disconnect and reconnect my battery, then only works once and i must do so again to try more.
I have tried resetting in the reset menu, as well as downloading the firmware compressed file on a USB and tried to run it there but it says file not found aborting. I have lost my only driving joy and wanted to see what i can do about it.

Please go Settings>About machine and provide the following version information:
1.A clear photo of the stereo's Bulid Number.
2.A clear photo of the stereo's MCU version.

I am wanting to create a welcome screen that is a video rather than just a single image for my Dasaita G13 head unit. Is this possible? I understand the process for uploading a standard image to my welcome screen but I'm running to issues when trying to utilize the animation option which is a button on my menu.
I've tried selecting an mp4 but the head unit will not allow that file type. I've also tried converting the MP4 into a BMP zip file and selecting it that way. But the head unit will not find zip files. When I extracted the file, head unit could find the file but would only allow me to select one of the images (frames).
