New scout firmware loads and freezing after activation had to factory reset. After Factory reset screen stuck and wont allow me to go back or exit screen

Hello.
Regarding to your issue, we suggest that you can try to do as follows:
1.
Please try to press and hold the RST button by pin to see if you can enter the factory setting interface.
If YES, please select "Wipe data/factory reset" > "Factory data reset" and reboot the unit.

Please remove all of cables/harness and then plug again.
And please make sure all wiring connections are correct and no loose situation when you replug it.
