Have tried several WiFi networks and they all connect great and show great signal but when I try to use the internet on the device, it says no internet.

The head unit could not be connected to hotspot when you’re using wireless CarPlay or andriod auto , cuz the WiFi access has been occupied by the CarPlay or andriod auto.
@Support Dasaita hotspot was off and CarPlay was not connected. WiFi was successful in connecting but it shows it had no internet.

Please note that you need to open both the WiFi and Bluetooth on your phone&the head unit to enable wireless CarPlay/wireless andriod auto . In other words, the head unit could not be connected to hotspot when you’re using wireless CarPlay/ wireles android auto, cuz the WiFi access has been occupied by the CarPlay.
