ich habe mich schon viel mit dem Radio beschäftigt und hab die eine und andere Sache herausgefunden. Leider hatte ich mal versucht meine Uhrzeit von Auto einzustellen leider ohne Erfolg. Am Radio funktioniert die Zeit Perfekt nur im Auto selbst ist die Zeit nicht die gleiche und läuft auch noch 1 Stunde und 2 Minuten versetzt. Ich hatte mal von euch eine extra MCU bekommen weil mein Display sich gedreht hatte. Kann es sein das viellicht in dieser MCU sich das mit der Uhrzeit deaktiviert wurde? Ist nur so ein Gedanke von mir ich meine es hat davor funktioniert die Uhrzeit einzustellen. Ich werde euch auch die Bilder gleich anhängen mit meiner SoftwäreVision und alles.

vielen Dank für die neue Softwareversion nur leider ist die Uhrzeit immer noch nicht gleich. Habe immer noch einen versatz um zirca 1 St 3 Minuten mit dem Auto Display. Ich hab ja geschrieben das ich damals von euch eine extra MCU bekommen hatte die das Display wieder gerade dreht vielleicht ist da was. Auf dem Foto sieht man es Version MTCE_HA_V3.82e_1. Einmal prüfen ob es da vielleicht dran liegt? Danke in voraus.

There is no problem about the MCU.
We'd like to know if you original version is MAX10 UI, but you upgraded it to Vivid10.

Okay dann versuche ich jetzt das Max10 drauf zu machen und bin mal gespannt ob ich dann die Uhrzeit ändern kann. Habt ihr auch hier eine neue Version wie bei dem Vivid10?

According to the previous record, the UI version that you purchased appears to be MAX.
However, based on your provided version picture, it is Vivid.
Therefore, we'd like to know if you ever tried to reflash MAX to Vivid UI by yourself.
Could you please confirm with us what is your original UI when you received the head unit?

ja ich hatte ursprünglich ein Max 10 und habe es auf Vivid UI gewechselt, weil mir die Oberfläche besser zusagt. Da ic aber jetzt der Agama Launcher drauf habe ist es mir Egal ob Max 10 oder Vivid UI. Wichtig ist es mir das die Uhrzeit im Auto stimmt und nicht je nach Sommer falsch und im Winter fast richtig also 3 Minuten Aktuell zu Spät. Könnten Sie mir vielleicht die Neuste Version als Download schicken?

Considering compatibility, we suggest that you delete Agama Launcher to see how it goes.
If no luck, please try to update the latest Vivid10 firmware.

Tips:
1.
Download above update file via your computer/laptop.
2.
Format USB drive to FAT32 Format.
3.
Copy the file “update.zip” to the root directory of USB drive.
4.
Insert USB drive into the unit via USB cable;
then it will pop up automatically a window of update.
Alternatively, please manually go "Settings > System > System updates" to start the update.
***NOTE:
Please make sure that you have ticked option "Wipe data and format flash!".
