2019 4Runner, brand new G13 unit. Panasonic 86100-35364 OEM, no JBL sub. I have adjusted system, BT, and radio volume to 20. All sound sources (iPhone/carplay, radio) have very low volume, even with sound dial turned all the way up to 30. Please help.

When I download from the links above it's a zipped folder called update, not a file. When I extract the files from the update folder, there is not a file called update.zip. The unit will not find the mcu or update file.
3 days now and I can't drive my car. Why is an update needed on a unit that is brand new?
@Bill Anderson
Hello.
For your information, it doesn't need to unzip or rename after the download.
Please just copy 2 files to the root directory of USB drive directly.
We'll release the new firmware/MCU erratically to ensure a better user experience.
I tried a different USB drive and successfully updated the unit. Volume is improved minimally. At full 30 volume with system, radio, and BT at 20 the sound level is barely low to medium with very much distortion.
There is also a hissing sound in speakers when radio cuts out
@Bill Anderson
Hello.
About the hissing sound issue, please try to update the MCU.

Besides, please check if you have connected the RCA adapter cable(see pic).
If YES, please try to remove it to see if the volume can be improved.

Removing the adapter solved the problem.
