[Important] Speaker No Sound/Low Volume? Check Your RCA Adapter!

  • Hi everyone,

We’ve noticed many recent reports about partial/full speaker no sound or low volume issues. After troubleshooting, we found that most cases are related to the RCA adapter (see attached image).

    Key Points:
    1️⃣ RCA Adapter Compatibility

    • This adapter is ONLY for cars with factory-installed amplifiers (e.g., JBL, Honda Premium Audio System).

    • If your car does not have a built-in amplifier, using this adapter may cause no sound, extremely low volume, or distorted output.

    2️⃣ Static Noise?

    • If you hear static, it might be a software issue.

    • DO NOT upgrade firmware/MCU yourself. Instead:

      • Go to Settings > About Machine and note the MCU Version & Build Number.

      • Contact our support team to verify if an update is needed.

    Recommendation:

    • If your car has no factory amp, remove the RCA adapter and connect speakers directly.

    • For further help, PM us or email support@dasaita.com with your order number and car model.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have questions.
