Hi everyone,
We’ve noticed many recent reports about partial/full speaker no sound or low volume issues. After troubleshooting, we found that most cases are related to the RCA adapter (see attached image).

Key Points:
1️⃣ RCA Adapter Compatibility
-
This adapter is ONLY for cars with factory-installed amplifiers (e.g., JBL, Honda Premium Audio System).
-
If your car does not have a built-in amplifier, using this adapter may cause no sound, extremely low volume, or distorted output.
2️⃣ Static Noise?
Recommendation:
-
If your car has no factory amp, remove the RCA adapter and connect speakers directly.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have questions.
i just installed my unit and barely any sound coming from the speakers it is a 2014 honda accord with the single knob in the middle of the radio in the video installition 1 of the grey connectors with the single blue wire was not part of my wiring harness so one of the factory connectors dont have any connection to it is this the problem I turned all the voice volume up in the factory settings and still hardly any volume factory phone and voice controls do not work on the steering wheel
@Dean Savastano Hi Dean, what head unit model you are purchased? And what harness do you using?
For everyone still searching for a solution to this issue, check out this recent Youtube video.
In general, the solution was to do the following:
- Go to Amplifier > Delay tab.
- Change setting from Manual to Auto.
- After doing that, you can fade the sound using the familiar fader UI that most are familiar with. You can move it to the front, back, left, right, etc.
I was able to finally get sound out of my rear speakers in a 2021 Rav4 with JBL by fading entirely to the rear speakers. I'd say this app does need some work by Dasaita though, since the sweet spot where the sound felt balanced was only a few clicks up from the rear rather than being centered or using the Best Position All preset.
That being said, I did get a message tonight from @Support Dasaita instructing me to remove the RCA cables. I'll try that this coming weekend and see if that makes any difference.
