Stuck on initial bootup splash screen, need to pull fuse to power cycle to boot properly

  • Hi,

I have the Model: HA2220 Dasaita 10.2" Car Stereo for Toyota Tundra 2014  Vivid11.

Every since I updated the software and MCU to fix the black screen issue last year, I have this other problem where sometimes when the head unit boots up (from off after car has been sitting for awhile) it hangs during boot up and stays on the initial splash screen that says "11 Navigation System" (see photo below). This is the splash screen before the "Dasaita" splash screen. The only way I can get the unit to boot properly is to open the hood and pull the radio fuse for a little bit and put it back in. Then it will boot. If the unit is on and booted then I tell it to "reboot" it will also get stuck on this splash screen during the reboot. Is this a known issue and is there a SW/Firmware fix for it?

  • @Support Dasaita Thank you!
I have updated the SW and will test over the next couple of weeks to see if it solves the boot up problem.
