I go into settings and turn on auto connect under bluetooth. It works for a few vehicle starts then reverts back to off. Why won't this setting stay saved? I've updated the firmware and done a full reset. Here are some photos of the build.

We are wondering if you cannot turn on Bluetooth when you are using wireless CarPlay.
If so, it is the normal situation.
For your information, it doesn't support to connect Bluetooth when it has connected wireless Zlink(CarPlay/Android Auto), cuz the Bluetooth access has been occupied by Zlink.
If you want to enable Bluetooth, please make sure that you have disconnected Zlink firstly.
Besides, we suggest that you can disable auto connect Zlink function:
CarPlay/Android Auto App > Settings(the lower right icon) > Background Connection > Off.
