I had the Dasaita Android 13 head unit installed professionally. The only issue at the moment is the FM radio reception. The location has been set correctly to America1. The installer said he used the provided antena instead of the car one. This part was also provided to him for the install:SKU: CB071. What is the correct way for the radio to be installed for the touring?Attached is my current firmware and MCU if that helps.

For further confirmation, please tell us whether the FM radio doesn't work.
Here are some trouble-shootings for you:
1.
Please confirm that you have plugged radio antenna properly and there is no loose situation.
2.
Please make sure that you have selected the correct region:
Settings > Car > Factory settings (password :126) > Radio > if America1 no luck, then choose America2.
3.
Please disable RDS function:
Settings > Car > Factory settings(password :126) > Other > Radio RDS > Off > Apply > Exit > Reboot.
In order to record your issue, please provide the following information:
