@Jorge Vieira Could you please send us your order number and go to Settings > About Machine and send us your current Build Number and MCU version so that we could better confirm?
Meanwhile, you could also proceed a factory reset of the system.
Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all date(factory reset)
